About

Meet Samantha – Certified Fertility & Prenatal Dietitian

A mum of two and an Accredited Practising Dietitian specialising in Fertility, Prenatal Nutrition, and Gut Health.

I have a special interest in egg health, endometriosis, and helping women optimise their fertility through targeted nutrition. I support women who are trying to conceive or navigating endometriosis to make practical, evidence-based changes that nourish their bodies and improve their chances of conception.

But my path here hasn’t been without challenges.

My own journey to motherhood wasn’t as straightforward as I expected. It took nearly a year to fall pregnant with my first child, and during that time I felt confused, disheartened, and at times, hopeless. At 26, I thought it would be simple. But I quickly learned how much nutrition, and gut health, can influence fertility.

Around the same time, I also struggled with persistent digestive symptoms. I was eventually diagnosed with SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth) a condition that caused bloating, fatigue, and inflammation that I didn’t realise was affecting not only my energy, but also my cycle and overall wellbeing. Healing my gut was a turning point, not just for my health, but for how I now approach fertility nutrition with my clients.

Gut health and reproductive health are deeply connected. Whether you’re dealing with bloating, irregular cycles, endo flares, or just not feeling like yourself, I want you to know there’s hope, and there’s a path forward.

My Philosophy

It’s about feeling calm, clear, and supported through:

  • Navigating postpartum recovery
