How to Book a Personalised Nutrition Consultation (And What to Expect When You Do)

Step 1: Decide What Type of Support You Need
At Feel Well Nutrition, I help women with:

Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with everything you need to get started.
Step 3: Complete Your Pre-Consultation Form
Before your appointment, you’ll be sent a detailed form where you can share your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle habits, and your biggest health goals.
This helps me understand what you’re struggling with and what you’re hoping to achieve.

Step 4: Attend Your Consultation (Online or In-Person)
This is where the real transformation starts.
During your consultation, we will:

- Talk through supplements (only if needed, never pushed)
